I’ve talked several times lately about things you can do to facilitate the sale of your home (or the homes of your clients. Elizabeth Weintraub has come up with a more comprehensive list of things to do (and not do) to facilitate the sale. It’s interesting the first thing she says is to disassociate yourself from the home. “This is not my home; it is a house — a product to be sold much like a box of cereal on the grocery store shelf.” Interesting concept.
Her other ideas are worth a look as well. I’m sure you’ve heard most of them, but she presents her ideas in a way that makes you think. This one is worth a look.
